Women who moan during sex (serious question)?

I have never seen this questioned asked or explained. When a woman moans/screams during sex, is it mainly due to pain or pleasure? I do not understand how it can be both, unless it is pain first than pleasure or vice versa.
With me it is always through pleasure, if I was in pain I would tell him to stop and he could tell by my facial expressions. Sex is fun and pleasurable and moaning is a release as well as letting your man know he is doing a good job.

After the first couple of times, sex does not hurt for women unless you’re doing it wrong.
And when it does hurt, we’re more likely to go ‘Ow, stop that, it hurts’.

if a girl is moaning during sex with YOU, then look at her face! it will tell you if she is in pain or pleasure…plus im pretty sure you should be able to tell the difference between an ‘im in pain’ moan versus a "oh that feels soooooo goooooood" moan…

If you’re talking about vanilla sex, then the moaning is purely from pleasure if it’s not faked. The sound from pain is quite different.
