This is a big fat mess of a situation, and she has herself to blame.

Communication, she needs to tell her husband how it makes her feel. Admit she was wrong in giving that "gift" that she feels uncomfortable at this point. Divorce no, communication, yes.
Very odd story. Sounds like young, immature 20 somethings just having fun. That’s why we didn’t get married until 26 and didn’t have kids until 33.
Reason for divorce? No. She needs to step up and communicate with her husband. Tell him she thought she would be okay with it but now she is not. Tell the cousins the same that is makes her feel uncomfortable.

its the wifes fault. you never give a gift like that to your husband. its like offering to have a 3-some with another woman and then getting angry when her sleeps with her behind your back. all she can do now is tell him that it was a bad idea and she doesnt want him to do it anymore. why havent the 10 cousins stopped? has she asked them? do they have boyfriends? this seems like more than what you are saying.
What’s the big deal? It’s not like they are having an orgy. They are just wrestling. I say "lighten up".
