I have no idea why someone would get turned on from pain…but I can see the reasoning behind finding pleasure behind moaning during sex. Simply put, female moaning assures the male of his performance, so to speak. That’s it.

That’s different than a girl moaning during sex, though, which is just a sex-related sound so it naturally turns us on.
I don’t find girls moaning in pain attractive. I do, however, enjoy a little moaning when they’re getting pleasure. Too much is just annoying though.
