as you are more comfortable with a person you get vocal sometimes. I am very vocal and moan if I see a penis.lol. a finger if done right can have the same effect it is all in the technique. Yes many can and will moan with fingering and other things that might seem minute there are some that will fake the whole shebang. It is up to you to figure that out.
