What is better and more gentle for a face wash, dove soap or cetaphil cleanser?

My face is very dry and flacky everytime I get out of the shower. I take a shower in the morning and evening. I have been using dove soap, but it seems to be really dry on my face. I was wondering if I should go over too a ****** cleanser and stay away from soap. Maybe, such as a cetaphil cleanser or maybe even a neutrogena cleanser. What do you think?
